I am so mad please help me Windows Media Deleted- Broken Library

Okay so for about 6 years now i've been trying to figure out how to get Windows to not keep a Music library in Windows Media Player, never got it. "WMPNetworksync" thing was supposed to be it... but I cannot control it. Is says I have to change the "inherited permissions" but there is no way to do so.

Seriously I hate Microsoft so much, it's not just their computers it's Xbox 360 too, nothing works right, so much deception, and childish fights with Apple are exhausting. I got a virus from Acid Pro a while ago and got it fixed and Windows 7 Ultimate. I don't know what is so great about "Ultimate" other than the brightness bar quit working, I am so upset with how useless Windows is. Good thing I have internet because the "help" system is completely useless in every way shape and form.
Again I am so used to this terrible treatment I don't even care anymore, my iPod has never failed me. I'd just really appreciate some support.

Ok, so what exactly is your problem? Other than your dislike of anything Microsoft, of course.

You mean Micro$oft? Cannot keep Windows Media Player from keeping a music library, and don't worry Apple is worse but not by much.

Is there a problem with the library? Is it corrupted? Are you trying to prevent WMP from scanning for files? Once we know exactly what you want and don't want we can give you more advice. Personally, I don't care if WMP makes a library.

Yeah I know what you mean it's not that big of a deal but it's just the fact that I don't have a choice. It slows it down when opening, it does not delete tracks I tell it to so theres tons of songs that don't play because I've moved the songs so many times but they stay in the library. Also when I change security permissions it has no effect and/or it says I'm not allowed to and that just bothers me.
Yes I am trying to keep it from scanning for files, I don't like how it sneaks past me like that, who knows what else it's doing. Haha if I were a conspiracy theorist i'd be freaking out way worse.
