Windows 7 goes into sleep mode, immedicately wakes up: multiboot sys

    Hi,
Please can anyone help? When I send my Windows 7 system into 'Sleep' mode it immediately wakes up without pressing anything.
I believe this is becuas I have 3 OSs installed on 2 physically separate internal hard drives. I also have some expernal drives plugged in permanently.
The primary drive is the original drive, which doesn't have W7 on.
I guess I could set the second drive as the primary drive by pressing F8 on bootup or go into the bios and do it permanently.. But then I would have to re-install my boot table, right? I don't want to upset the other installations!

Look at your event logs to see what caused the computer to wake up.

Okay I have two states where the TCP/IP net bios helper went from stopped to running. I think that's when the computer woke back up. Please see screen prints below (attached.)

Not sure why or how this is happening and would appreciate assistance? Thanks.
