    Help!!! Please!

    Hello,
So this is my second build just switched from and to Intel,

    I have
    I5 3550
    Gigabyte z68a-d3h-b3
    400w power supply

No ram until ups comes tomorrow bbut I was doing a test build to make sure the mother board plus CPU all fit

But the issue is the fact that when I turn it on the fans spins, stops, spins (continuously) like it about 2 weeks.should but the speaker beeps 16 times then the system appears to reset there is no display either. But I was expecting a beep for missing ram...

I wouldn't think anything would happen without memory. I can't say I've ever tried to boot a PC without memory in all the years I've built them. Wait until you get the memory and have it installed before trying to power up the system.

It's very difficult to see what's going on in the video, but like I said, I'd be very surprised if anything would happen without memory being installed. I'm not sure why anyone would even bother trying to power up a system without a necessary component, anyway.

I'll restate what I said above. Wait for your memory, install it, as well as install the motherboard properly into the case, and then try it. Post back if you have an issue. The beeping you heard is likely telling you there's no memory present.
