The easiest way is to open Windows Explorer or Computer, navigate to the folder you want then click on the Date column heading to sort by date.
Once they are sorted, click on the first one to delete, then scroll down to the last one.
Hold down the Shift key and click on it.
That will select all the files between the first and last.
Then right click and Delete.

You said: How do I delete files from a certain date from a certain folder, you didn't say anything about folders.
What about the program I gave you the link to?

The normal folder view has a search box at the top right. One of the options that appears when you click in it is "Date modified:". If you choose this then you can select a date via the pop-up calendar. The result is a list of files AND folders for that date. Just select the ones that you want to delete from these.
