it says "'bootmgr'" is not a recognized external or internal command when typing that command in dos at the repair menu

That isn't going to work.

Download NEW zip file from here ( do not download New.7z - that is different)

Extract the .iso from the .zip file.

Burn it to cd .

Boot it up on your machine.

I added some extra spaces for readability. Type it exactly as shown above. It must work! Just tried it myself
