Try resetting the CMOS battery or jumper: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
If that fails and you cannot boot a known-good bootable disk or stick (95% of the time it is being booted wrong) then you may need to reflash your latest BIOS update. Are you still under warranty? | My System Specs

savvy tech,
Your bios is talking to you. Get the documentation for your computer and see what is said about beep sequences.
I'm trying to remember what a continual beep indicates.
Remove the optical unit.
Remove all ram
Disconnect and reconnect the disk drive.
Insert one memory stick only.
reconnect the optical unit.
Ah yes, now I recall-the one time I ran across something like this, then there was a stuck key on the keyboard.
Turn upside down with key unit open. Bang lightly on the botttom to try and jar any dirt out. Feel the keyboard. Is a key "caught"? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite S875D-S7239 laptop OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit CPU AMD A10-4600M Motherboard AMD Pumori (Socket FT1) Memory 6.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-12-28) Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 7660G Sound Card High Definition Audio Device Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz) Screen Resolution 1600x900@60Hz Keyboard Standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse Model FHA-3410 Hard Drives SSD 119GB Corsair CSSD-V128GB2 ATA Device Internet Speed What the local pub, local coffee shop offers. Stuck In Boot Manager No grgrocker, I am out of warranty by 3 months. Bummer. Will review your post link and see.
Hey Karlsnooks, thanks for adding to the solution. Continuous beeping signals serious mother board or memory issues. Thing is, I get no response from keyboard except for Function keys F8, F10.
I note that the wireless key F12 stays lit, even when I Fn + F12 to turn it off. Removed and replaced button but still stays lit. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP NOTEBOOK MINI 110-3510NR OS Windows 7 Starter 32 bit CPU N455 Motherboard 1584 Memory 1024 |

Did you try removing memory and inserting only one memory stick? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite S875D-S7239 laptop OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit CPU AMD A10-4600M Motherboard AMD Pumori (Socket FT1) Memory 6.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-12-28) Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 7660G Sound Card High Definition Audio Device Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz) Screen Resolution 1600x900@60Hz Keyboard Standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse Model FHA-3410 Hard Drives SSD 119GB Corsair CSSD-V128GB2 ATA Device Internet Speed What the local pub, local coffee shop offers. When you do that first remove both sticks, reboot to see what codes you get to confirm codes are responsive. | My System Specs

The memtest86, HD diagnostics, Paragon Rescue and PW boot CD's in tutorial boot themselves so I would try one of them to complete those steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums
Then if all else fails you can autostart PW or DBAN CD to wipe the HD which should force Windows 7 installer to likewise autostart. This is a last resort I use if reflashing the BIOS fails. | My System Specs | | Notebook starts freezes in Boot Manager. No response from F, etc Keys problems? All times are GMT -5.
