I know its kind of stupid but I can't see any other option right now but just to compare list of required files with mine. (I can access all my files with Ubuntu)
I already tried system recovery, but no results. fsc /scannow is not working either.
It was probably a typo but just for clarification it's sfc
/scannow. Also, the Forum tutorial suggests running the system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt and if problems are found to run the scan 3 times rebooting in between each scan. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
It might also be possible to extract the files you need from a Windows 7 installation DVD. But the process is kinda long. It might actually be faster (and easier) to do a repair install which should preserve your user accounts, data, programs, system drivers etc. Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD Repair Install
