    Ive tried everything.
    1. Went to C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar deleted everything nothing happened.
    2. Cannot right click it either.
    3. when left clicked this is said "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"

Hello Nick, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Sometimes a simple restart will get rid of them if you haven't already tried that.

Another option is to reinstall the program the icon is for, unpin the icon, then uninstall the program.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

I suppose that you can create a new administrator account, manually copy over your user folder files and Start Menu shortcuts that you want to keep, then delete the old account from within the new one after everything checks out ok.
