    Problem with clicking

Hello, i'm new here. I joined becouse i have a problem with my computer and, i don't realy know what to do. So the problem is that i can't close/run some programs. I made a video to show what i'm talking about, i hope it will help you to understand my problem.

    prob.1 - YouTube

As you can see, in the video i'm clicking on the MC login button but it just seems like Windows doesn't recognize that i'm clicking on it. Also if i want to close a mozila firefox window by clicking on the red X in upper right corner, i have to press the start button before i press the X. Sorry about my bad english, and my bad explanation of the problem.

your problems could be caused by the program that you want to close not having the focus, that is, not being the active program.

To make sure that a program has the focus, then click anywhere inside the program window.

You can also use wither WIN + TAB or ALT + TAB to switch to the desired program before closing.
