I can't add or remove keyboard languages in win 7 x64

Hello All,

I am trying to find the solution to my problem but still can't.

Problem is that I can't add or even remove the keyboard languages from my system.

It simply does nothing when I try to do that via bar or even via control panel nothing happens as if the buttons doesn't work (Control Panel> Keyboards and languages>Change Keyboards)

But I found out that in Event Viewer there is a following error even in application

Faulting application name: Rundll32.exe_shell32.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc9e0
Faulting module name: input.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bdf4f
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000003756
Faulting process id: 0x200
Faulting application start time: 0x01cd6a54b03bdb72
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\Rundll32.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\input.dll
Report Id: ee327860-d647-11e1-af93-c860006d193a

Can anyone help me with this?
