Event log errors - LoadPerf#3006

Hi,

my computer is generating error event every few hours and I would like to know if I should do something or ignore it... its event ID "3006" from "LoadPerf" source

text field says: "Unable to read the performance counter strings defined for the 01B language ID. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the Win32 error code."

it always occurs as 2 events in the same time, only "data" section is different...

Code:
 <EventXML  xmlns:auto-ns2="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events" xmlns="LoadPerf">
     <param1>01B</param1>
    <binaryDataSize>8</binaryDataSize>
    <binaryData>020000002D010000</binaryData>
   </EventXML>
Code:
<EventXML  xmlns:auto-ns2="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events" xmlns="LoadPerf">
     <param1>01B</param1>
    <binaryDataSize>12</binaryDataSize>
    <binaryData>0200000000000000AF000000</binaryData>
   </EventXML>
can anybody tell me, what does it mean, and whether/how to fix it?

thanks a lot
