Computer heat, is his normal?
I play a lot of games on my computer (iMac) and the heat is on 60 degress on the casing.
Is this normal, should I consider getting some cooling things to it?
It's a 27"

I'm not sure what is considered too hot for a case temperature. If it's 60C that's about 140F. Personally, I think it's on the warm side. A better indicator is to monitor internal temperatures of the CPU, GPU, hard drive, etc. There are several free programs available. Two that are recommeded frequently are Speccy and SpeedFan. Don't know if they're compatible with an iMac, however.

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
This article goes into more detail about maintaining your computer. It would also help if you report back what the actual temps are for CPU, etc.

EDIT: Just re-read your question and noticed you're using an iMac. Don't know if Speccy or SpeedFan will be compatible but the general cleaning and care info will be.
It's bootcamped to Windows 7, so yes, these programs will work.
Thank you. That's good to know for future reference.
Every laptop gets hot after a using it for a while without a break. I just think you need to put it down for about 30 minutes or more and it will soon be cooled off.
My temperature is usually at 56C. I don't think 60C is a lot but it's always a good idea to get a cooling system.
What year iMac? The older runs use CCFL bulbs to light the display versus LED. These CCFLs create additional heat and the older iMacs will be hotter because of it. For those that don't know the iMac is an all-in-one computer. A 27" monitor gets very hot all on its own let alone with a computer attached.
