wireless mouse is erasing web pages HELP

    it erases to a white page . It can happen anywhere ... may not today but did yesterday 3 times

    Unless you have in the mouse program a editing or erase setting I'm thinking infection. First I would try another mouse set a default. To check for infection I recommend
    Windows Defender Offline

    Sometimes .. the firmware come when you run wds update ,

    i have 3 MS mouses .... [newest models -blue-light] .. all of them messed up when i install firm ware ..!!!

    I uninstall them all ... just run it as plug and play .

    I think your pc got infected ...

    I ran MalwareBytes and had 21 objects so cleared it up .. will let yall know in a couple days what happens ...

    well here we are at square one . worked good for a couple of days , but still eraseing .. Grrrrrrrrr

    Well I'm thinking you got infected again. Do the Malwarebytes thing again and see it it finds the same things. Then try Windows Defender Offline
    Are you using a utorrant ?
    Let us know what either programs find.

    Windows 7 built in Defender and Defender Off Line are two different programs.
    Utorrent is a Bittorrent. Google them. Using them to download things is a very good way to keep getting infected.
