    wireless mouse is erasing web pages HELP


    I have window 7 laptop ie 8 and my wirless mouse is eraseing pages like a blackboard . what is wrong ?? anybody

    Make sure you have the latest driver/firmware update for your mouse. Then make sure you have all your MS updates.

    Sounds like the mouse has a glich. I would suggest removing the battery and replace it with a new one as a start.

    It does have a new battery , and what are MS updates and how do you get firmware

    MS updates - MicroSoft updates. Start orb, all programs, look for windows update.

    Microsoft Update

    Go to your wireless mouse support/driver download page and download and install current driver.

    here is the page and my mouse says 3000 on it . which one should I pick

    Are you saying that as you move the mouse cursor over a web page, it is "erased" to a solid color? If so, does this only happen with web pages, or does it happen with any other applications?
