    Restore Keyboard language from windows.old


    Hello
    I made a keyboard with windows keyboard layout app but my windows 7 crashed and i needed to reinstall, i would have no problem making the layout again, but it wasa very complicated layout it took me to make it a lot of hours, so i worry if i can somehow restore it if i stil have the windows,old

    Where are the keyboard layouts saved? I wasnt able to find on iternet their location

    Your Keyboard is working now ? How you are typin the text now ?? U Could use System Restore Or Repair Ur Windows Files ! only the way to make things work for you !

    This has helped me:
    It depends entirely on which keyboard layout tool you used. If you used Microsoft's Keyboard Layout Creator then you need to look for *.klc files. Since the process of creating or reloading new keyboard maps is not exactly intuitive, it pays to keep detailed notes for future reference. There is no point in re-inventing the wheel each time.

    The new layouts get installed by means of an xxx_i386.msi (or _ia64, or _amd64) file, supported by xxx.dll. "xxx" is a name chosen by yourself.

    so i searched for homemade layout.dll file and found it
