    Welcome to the forum,

Did you move these from another account or hard drive?

What do you mean UAC doesn't work?

What default application are you using to play your media files?

Hello Don, and welcome to Seven Forums.

The yellow and blue shield icon indicates that when you open it, you will get a UAC prompt to allow/deny it to run as administrator. The it would be whatever program you had set as the default program to open these files with instead of the default Windows Media Player.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    Fixed it Thanks.
    Brink, kegobeer, & derekimo.

UAC Does work i meant i seen videos and they say to fix it is to lower the UAC
i did but it didn't work. Fixed it it was the default application like Kegobeer said
It played on Windows media player but was it said it played on Real player and real player needs
to run as administrator. So that's why i was getting the shield icon.

Thanks to all of y'all i fixed it before but forgot so i asked
kegobeer's message jogged my memory lol.
