Hi. I have been trying to fix a BSOD for 2 days now I did a bunch of system restores and all of them have failed. Now the computer won't boot at all it doen't give a BSOD any more though.
P.S. I can't boot into safe mode.
When I boot into safe mode it just reboots and when I normal boot it just reboots to.
Also it gets to the Starting Windows orb but as soon it starts to load it force reboots.

How old is the computer? Offhand it sounds like a power issue. Can you try booting with one stick of RAM only?
This is laptop it isn't a ram issue and I don't know my system specs because I don't know whatit has. This problem started off when I canceled a driver while it was installing.
This laptop is almost 2 years old. It hasn't had any problems before.
Its not a power issue because it will boot into a DVD recover iso just fine. the bsod dissappeared after I did a system restore the first time.

and now when I run system restore it says: The insruction at 0xfbe7584d referenced memory at 0x00000008. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program
I can't boot my computer. So I can't ficure out the specs. The driver I downloaded was for easycap and it wasn't a .exe file. but after I installed the driver for the device it worked the device worked
From what I can tell your little EasyCap has slapped your computer. It is not allowing Asociating Access Control to do it's job. Grab you DVD again and do a Repair and Install.

It appears that EasyCap and its driver has been playing games with your registry.
If that solves your problem take a search through your computer and make sure everything concerning EasyCap is gone. If you read the reviews on EasyCap you will find out it has been nothing but trouble for years.
the DVD I have isn't a install DVD it is only a repair DVD and when I try to download the iso from the Forum "Repair Install" it says link not found.
