PnP-X IP Bus Enumerator Service tweaks
Something is mysteriously changing the default setting for the PnP-X IP Bus Enumerator service from manual to automatic (delayed) start. How do I figure out what is causing this behavior?
As long as this service is running, the computer will not sleep properly, leaving the fans running.
(win 7-64 Ult)
