I have a few questions

I have a question
after installing windows 7 32 bit
I obviously will need to download and update my drivers through device manager right?
is there any topic in this forum to guide me through it cause i couldn't find one
or you can explain it to me?
is there any kind of software that can help me with that?
and one last question:
can you name a perfect firewall and internet security software
because of malwares and.... my windows is practically useless right now and none of the antiviruses are helpful and i need to change my windows

You should be able to get all of your drivers through Windows Updates: Control Panel -> Windows Updates -> Search for updates. Then install the updates.

For firewall, just use the Windows Firewall.

For A/V, I suggest Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

For Malware, I suggest: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
