While karl is taking a well deserved rest I noticed you have Iobit defrager. I would recommend removing it and using Windows built in defrager. Take a close look through all your Apple programs I think you got them all. You also have a Bitcoin Project. How are you trying to remove Java? Sorry I'm late I was Google all those things running on your system.

Well, I need to keep Bitcoin and I use all my Apple programs. Also, I use Iobit Defragger because I don't like the Windows defragger
I have removed Java by using Revo Uninstaller because I cannot uninstall it regularly (look at my previous posts plz). Revo Uninstaller removes the registry entries.

The SFC has come back with no integrity violations.
I'm still attaching the log file.

It's not normal behavior for uninstalls to fail like that. They are very good in Win7 so that we've gradually stopped recommended Revo since it is hardly needed with this OS.

This is why I suggested checking your System File integrity.

I'd also work through the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to see if anything else becomes apparent.

I went through them 2 time what did I miss? Revo is a great program. I didn't say remove all Apple programs or Bitcoin, just take a look to be sure you want them.
    Have a nice day.

And also, I prefer to keep Revo Uninstaller because I've caught LOTS of junk registry entries.

Revo is fine and I still use it myself in some cases like the one you faced. But it isn't required as a Best Practice for Win7 program uninstalls, that's all.

Same with driver sweepers. New OS, new practices.

I know. Anything else I can do to reduce the lag?
