    Webroot\WRSA

I see a file called " c:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe:-ul " and do not know whether it is good or bad.
    Who knows what this is?

Presumably then this is a shortcut to it with a -ul parameter. Whatever that means.

Best guess for "-ul" is "Uninstall Log", but no guarantees.

I would guess then if you have uninstalled it that this is a leftover and can be deleted, but as Sir George says no guarantees.
