VBA code fails on loading or saving XML document in Windows 7 64 bit
I have a VBA program that worked like a charm in Win XP. I just installed it on my Windows 7 machine. It installed fine but when I try to run it, it fails on the line where it attempts to load an XML file with the following error :
Run-time error '-2147024891 (80070005)'
Access is denied
I have been reading about issues with msxml and Windows 7 but can't figure out what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. I suspect the msxml file in the C:\windows\system32 directory might hae been overwritten with an older version during installion. Can anyone tell me how to find out?
