Windows 7 - how to fix BOOTMGR on Toshiba satellite L755-17N

hi all,
I have a Toshiba satellite L755-17N and after an update the bootmgr problem started the major problem is that I moved to other place and I lost my recovery disks I've tried a windows for HP and it didn't work
could it be because my system is 64bit and the other system that I try to use is 32bit or its just because its a support for HP computer?
I hope anyone can provide me with a solution on how to fix this problem or if I can make a system image from the hard drive by external it and plug it in another computer?

please provide me with any information that could help thanks.
