Windows 7: cmd, any commands wont work

windows xp pro 32-bit
cmd, any commands wont work

anything i type on cmd wont work like
ipconfig /all
winsat mem
that all as far as i know

oh wait if the command prompt said user/name is it the admin?? or not
or it must be windows/system32

if i use the windows/system32 cmd
the commands work

if the user/name
it doesn work

how do i make my user account be the administrator

First off I noticed you have another threads for the same problem. That is not necessary. One problem one threads. You will need the administrator password to change the user account to administrator account. Their for ask the administrator of the computer for their help.

Excel 2007 commands wont stay in quick access toolbar
I am trying to get commands to stay in the quick access toolbar of excel 2007 but everytime i log off it resets. I am using citrix to run excel on a network. I was wondering if it was possible to get them to stay in the quick access toolbar?
