What do you mean you were writing OS files to a flash stick using Win2Flash, which is used to make a bootable installer for Win7? This is not done with OS files but from the Win7 installer ISO file.

Work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot starting with marking Active the Win7 partition or it's 100mb System Reserved partition then running up to 3 separate Startup Repairs until Win7 starts. If this fails work through the other steps which will try everything possible to start Win7 before copying out your files to run Factory Recovery or Clean Reinstall.

What about the steps I gave you to get Win7 started? They include a link to an installer to Clean Reinstall Win7 if you own a license for it.

Why do you ask for our help and then just ignore it when we were ready to help you work through the steps to get Win7 started?

If you own a computer which came preinstalled with Win7 then you own that copy of the OS for the life of the machine, while a retail copy can be reinstalled for the life of the OS wherever you want.. The installer is included in the Repair steps I posted above. You would know that had you bothered to even read them.

We can't help you with reinstalling or repairing the software if you don't own a license.

If you can't afford one and you didn't have preinstalled to begin with, then I'd install Win8 free preview edition which is even better performing than Win7 but with a bit different start screen which can be modified if you don't like it. MS will have discount and free offers as it gets closer to release.
