Windows 7 the "Boing Noise"

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and found that peeps have posted numerous issues relating to this Spring like Boing Noise.

I have been experiencing it as well and have scanned my machine for available viruses/malware & spyware and found nothing.

Have also run several scans on available *.wav files on the computer and have been through them all and nothing.

I have removed noscript addon from Firefox removed Microsoft Security Essentials for AVG and still im getting this spring like noise. Sound like this (Spring sound effect - YouTube)

Any ideas anybody is this Microsoft Update prompting me to install downloaded updates.

Im running out of ideas so im thinking whats the next option any suggestions.??? Can anyone help, feedback would be appreciated.

I have also included a screenshot of all the programs running from start up but don't believe these are the issue? what ya reckon
