So, some months ago i turned on the pc a "missing operating system" message appeared. Also noticed that a "no harddisk detected" message also appeared.
I went to the BIOS and the two hdd's are there and the boot order was ok.
Last week i created a bootable cd to attempt to repair windows but when i go to repair your computer windows 7 is not listed.
I hope i didnīt made permanent damage since i've reset the BIOS to default the first time I saw the problem.
I don't know very much about this and so i donīt know what to do.

Did you make any hardware changes just before this happened?
You might check the bios to see what configuration the SATA controller is in. You were probably running the default but if Windows can't see the drives, you may try changing it to the other, IDE to AHCI or the reverse.
Any chance you might have some type of virus? How old are the drives?

I'll give you the Windows Defender Offline link, but it still seems strange windows cannot even see the drives. Maybe using Partition Wizard to look at the drives might help.
