remove "everyone" full permission from all system files and folders.

i need help for restore all system folders to their default permissions.
in all system folders "Windows" "Program Files" "Programdata" "Windows\system32" the files has full permissions for "everyone" group.
my question is how to remove "everyone" full permission from all files in system folders.
and how to take own for "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller" like the default settings.
i know about the "ICACLS /save acl" and "ICACLS /restore acl" but i need taking the original restore settings.
