BIOS lists SATA HD's but won't let me pick them in Boot Order??

My Samsung SATA SSD + 3 HD's list during boot up and show in ASUS BIOS in the Hard Disk Drives boot order, but in the "Boot Device Priority" I do not get an option for my SATA CD-Roms, USB and Floppy.

Everything was working fine until I performed a software reboot.

It turns out somehow my external backup HD had jumped to the top of hard drive list. Problem was solved when I put the ssd back in 1st position.

No boot after switching HDD Sata order on Mobo
Hi all, After putting in a second GPU -- which now covers 3 of my Sata ports -- I was forced to switch my drive order around. I was able to boot successfully with 2 of them, but oddly not 3. So I removed my System Reserve drive, setting C: to the active drive, figuring that would clear things...

Choosing which OS to boot by changing BIOS boot order
I am choosing which OS to boot by changing the boot order in my BIOS. To me, this seems clean and simple. I built 32 bit XP on one disk, then removed that disk from my system, installed a different disk, and built 64 bit W7. When both disks are installed, I change the boot order to select the OS...
