    Freezing problem.

I just installed a geniune copy of Windows Professional 7 that I got from the MSDNAA website, and am having a problem.

I originally had the power options set for 30mins to turn the monitor off, and once its off and you go back to use it and move the mouse the entire computer freezes. I was reading that people were having similar issues, but does anyone know why its doing this?

What version of FF? how much ram is free in task manager when the freeze happens? Have you tried creating another FF profile to see if that one also freezes? also what does event viewer (type event in seaerch) say in the windows log>application tab in terms of errors?

Ok well I just tried what that link said to do, so we'll see. I don't have hibernation enabled anyway. Only power saver option I would like to use besides the screen saver is to have the monitor turn off 30mins after no use. Who knows it might be my video card software I haven't tried re-installing it though might try that.
