Windows 7: Windows Explorer Freezes ,Browser stops Responding

I have Earlier mentioned in my post that I am using Malwarebytes and Microsoft security essentials and they are uptodate.
I did system restore last hour.It didn't worked

.
Can I install windows 7 from a Pen drive? I cant find any installation CD nearby..

How did you manage that if you haven't got a restore point later than 2011. Did you try to go back to 2011?

I never had any major issue with WIndows 7 since I bought 2 years back.So I had turned off restore points..

Then make sure after your new install that you keep Restore Points on. It is as you have discovered to your cost a very useful Windows Tool!

it is possible to restore a restore if it is unsuccessful. go back to system restore and select the point before you restored
