    Windows 7 freezes after startup.


    windows 7 freezes after startup and not working at all, but in safe mode works fine ,i tried to troubleshoot but wasn't useful .

    Have you got a repair disk? You could to a start-up repair or system restore..

    ya i did but after few minutes went freeze repair disk and i had to turn off the device.

    when did this happen, after update, software installation or new hardware?

    If it was new hardware try disconnecting it. When repairing try to disconnect all external devices like graphics tablets, printers etc.

    i think because of update.

    OK I am not sure about this but since you can get in safe mode try to see if you can remove update Remove an update
