Folder not found error when moving folder to another location

Hi Guys
I am getting the following error
"Could not find this item"
"This is no longer located in Drive:\ Verify the location and try again"
If I click retry it continues as if nothing happened.
Just started happening a couple of weeks ago and I don't recall any special happenings or installs at the time.
Does anyone have any ideas to the cause or rectification.

Folder not found errorwhen moving folder to another location

Sorry I should have been more specific. New to asking in forums.
I know what I meant

It happens moving any folder and to any drive, even external hard drive, USB, and also when creating a new folder.
I was able to move a folder to my samsung phone without any error message.
