Windows 7: create limitation for users of system

create limitation for users of system

hi my friends.
i want to create accounts according to this:
1- i want to be administrator(password protected)
2-create an account for other users(without password) that the can not use a special drive(for example C) , can not install or delete softwares?
please explain easy

There is nothing you need to do. A standard user is already limited in what they can do. A standard user can only ever affect themselves and not the whole system.

is there a way to install a software in standard user or guest and not in administrator?

Of course. Only if the software installer allows that. But it will only effect the single user account so even if they were to download some virus it would be contained in the single user account and easily cleaned away.

you mean if for example someone insert flash usb into system and inject virus to system it does not transfer to administrator?
please give me a tutorial to create this account user that you said.
