Can I Create Macros on Windows 7

Windows 7 has recently been loaded on my laptop. Can Windows 7 create macros that will open windows or websites? Thank you.

I would like to hit a set of keys that would open a particular Internet Explorer Window and sign me in automatically. Does Windows 7 have a way to do that?
EX: Shift+F7 and my E-Bay window opens up and signs in for me.

Take a look in your keyboard and see if you can set specific keys to do that.

If you filled in your system specs then it would make helping you easier, don't even know if you have a desktop, laptop, notebook or what. Hitachi make them all!

Let me give you a little help nfred.
    Use this program.
Download Speccy Portable 1.17.340 Free - An advanced and portable system information tool for your PC - Softpedia
Then using User CP at the top of every page install those specs in your own user account.
What this does is allows others trying to help you just click on My System Spec on your post. It follows your every post. People are not going searching through many post looking for specs and remembering them. At the bottom left of this post tick on My System Specs and you will see what I mean.
