    Making a rescue disk

I need a rescue disk for my old computer (desk top), which won't start, so I went to the MS website, using my new compter (laptop) and the procedure seemed to be fairly straight forward. However, the Windows 7 versions are different. The old computer has Windows 7 Home Premium and the new one has Windows 7 Home Basic.
    Will this be a problem?
