system.ini in documents folder

I was cleaning out my documents folder when I noticed a file called system.ini. I was confused about what it was doing there, did some googling, and found out it was used in 95 etc, but is no longer used in 7. It was created in April 2011, so it's been there a while. I opened it in notepad and it says: [.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=8 I don't know what that means, but it doesn't sound bad. So what is it doing there, is it anything to worry about, and should I remove it? http://images.designermediacdn.com/images/smilies/huh.gif
