Use your password reset disk (if you've made one) or try logging onto the default administrator account (or one of your other accounts).

It is not appropriate to give answers to such questions on a public forum like this, as there is a chance of misusing these utilities. Try Google search or go to a computer repair shop in your city and may be they will help you out.

If it was an easy process, then everyone would be able to do it, defeating the purpose of the passwords.

The link you were given have some of the easier methods. If that doesn't work, recovery your data off the laptop and clean install the OS.

You cannot burn a bootable CD so there is no point in keep asking for one! Read the instructions carefully, if there is anything you don't understand read it again and if necessary ask the question here. It is a bit long winded but easy enough if you take it slowly.

The one that is usually suggested is Offline NT Password & Registry Editor

That creates a bootable cd - is well known and perfectly legal to change your own password.

Hacking into some one else's machine is not a good idea.

There are several that you have to pay for which are probably simpler.

There are also other methods in the tutorials.

    Password - Change from WinRE

Reset your Windows Password in Regedit at Boot

It is exteremly easy to get round windows Password.

It is only intended to deter the casual paaser-by from having a quick peek at your laptop contents.

If you are daft enough to keep e.g. sensitive bank info on your pc - you had better encrypt it in some way - or keep it in a separate protected folder.
