    The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000185)


    Please Help,

    The above error message comes up when i try to open anything, the computer is running extremely slowly.

    I am not very technical when it comes to computers. so any help would be great.

    I can get no internet access at all to download fix's etc

    Some thing you should do so more people can help you.
    Fill in your system spec completely ((My System Specs))
    Use this to get your specs.

    What are you trying to open that doesn't open?
    In order for the good folks here to help they will need information. This would be a good start.

    System Spec


    I have a Sony Vaio VPCEB1E0E , It has an Intel Core i3 CPU and also says M330 @ 2.13GHz
    Installed Memory is 3.00GB
    System Type is 64-bit Operationg System

    Everything, word documents Internet explorer (hence the above link is no good)
