Mouse lag constantly on my new pc from day one. Any help?

Hi i recently built a new gaming pc around a week ago with the specs:

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz 31 C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H77-V LE (LGA1155) 28 C
Graphics
DM2350D (1920x1080@60Hz)
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Hard Drives
932GB Seagate ST1000DL002-9TT153 ATA Device (SATA) 26 C
Optical Drives
Optiarc DVD RW AD-5280S ATA Device
Audio
AMD High Definition Audio Device (thnx layback bear)

When i first built it i was getting mouse lag of a split second and started getting the blue screen of death, so i then took my pc back to the shop in which i got the parts and they fixed it by replacing my ram i think.

But even though they looked at it and re-installed windows im still getting mouse lag. It's not a HUGE problem when doing simple tasks like browsing the web ect.. but when im trying to play games like counter strike its just frustrating to play and trying to be accurate is a task in a half.

Just to be clear, what i mean by mouse lag is a tiny delay from me moving the mouse and it displaying which is a fraction of a second but it's very noticeable.

Ive tried using various mouses and tweaking the mouse settings in the controll panel and downloading the drivers that i know of but no matter what i do, there is always a slight lag of the mouse. I'm unsure if it's a hardware problem or software but i cant seem to figure it out and i want to try and find the source of the problem before resorting to going back to the shop because it will cost me to get their service and its a really long drive away.

If you know of any way to fix this issue by getting a driver or something like that or know if its a hardware problem or anything, let me know because im kind of getting desperate for an answer. thnx

Do you mean you are not sure if the syore replaced your RAM. Surely your bill from them would tell you that! In any case I would run Memtest just to make sure it is not a RAM issue!

Run a memtest anyway. It'll cost nothing and will eliminate the possibility of RAM problems

Seems as if you performed memtest a bit quick as you replied to the suggestion to run it within an hour. Did you run it more than once?
I see you have tried other mice but have you tried a Microsoft Optical?
