Legal to sell sindows 7 key?

If I plan to sell a computer that came bundled with windows 7, is it legal (and not breaking EULA) to separately sell my windows 7 key through another site (ebay) if I bought the computer new and plan to wipe the hard drive clean?

If it is an Oem key, yes it's against the EULA.
If it is Retail, then yes you can sell it separately.

You have to be careful on how you list it on ebay, otherwise they will stop the auction.

An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is tied to the computer it is installed on and cannot be moved to another one, that is why they are cheaper.

A Retail copy of Windows 7 can be moved from computer to computer as long as it is only installed on one machine at a time, you can't use it to install on several that are running at the same time.
