HELP!! Keeps RESTARTING...!!! no bsod..

How many of the Troubleshooting steps have you worked through yet? Normally this is an interactive process where we get feedback and then have even more steps. You've shown no progress in even starting with the steps.

I didn't do memtest yet but i did hd test and everything else.. and its fine my temperatures are fine max is 50. all my device drivers are up to date

And the rest?

SFC -SCANNOW Command , if necessary SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot ?

Do the memtest now for 5-6 passes.

Run Malwarebytes.

Maybe Anthony will help you more if you're more polite and appreciative. We are volunteers and especially the BSOD analysts are swamped and often can only help those who show genuine appreciation. So far you come off as lazy and demanding.

i ran malwarebytes and microsoft security essentials no problems and ill run memtest

Swap your RAM sticks, test them thoroughly for 5-6 passes to test both sticks and slots.

If this fails to help, reinstall your video card. Try all previous drivers including Vista. Try another card.
