    thanks all my riends.
    i found a program and it worked for me
    Ultimate Windows Tweaker, a TweakUI for Windows 7 & Vista
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails disable registry and cmd and task manager-snap1.jpg  
      My Computer
