When will Windows 7 SP2 come out?

It's been over a year since the last SP
Is it because windows 7 is more secure then other OS's

So what do they plan to do?
Wait until 100s of security issues occur?

Microsoft is not going to make Windows 7 better with a SP-2 when they are trying to sell you Windows 8.

They are being fixed with the updates. An SP is basically, just total updates and some small changes.

    I know
The reason I'm asking this is because I've not been told about updates for 2 months

There have been updates in the past two months. Manually check for updates in Windows Updates by clicking Check for Updates in the left pane.
