Huge Problem Kernal Power Event 41 Task 63

Ok this is a long story so ill start from the begginning month or so ago i had a problem my hardrive would click and lock up then it would click again then resume. so i bought brand new computer parts. bought a new Power Supply Hardrive and Memory. now i have experience new issues. i would be surfing the internet and all of a sudden the system locks up. no warning no nothing. so i research and found the error in Event Viewer. Kernal Power Event 41 Task Category 63. i have no clue what this means. ive tried everything. i just re greased my CPU and Chip bought a new hardrive and bought a new Power Supply and even Added More Memory i went to Device manager went down the list. and updated all of the drivers. to no avail still locks up. im on the end of my rope ive spent alot of money.]

btw this is my first post on this board
