Not sure if you fixed the partition problem yet so I`m showing you what I`ve done.
It seems you can not make that 4th Primary partition in Disk Management from Windows 7, with the 3rd partition to right of unallocated or to the left. It didn`t matter.

So I`ve included the pics after using the Partition Wizard Boot CD, which has no trouble making the 4th primary partition.

Kudos to Greg for spreading the word about the CD, works flawlessly everytime.
