put files in folder in a specific place

hi guys.
as you know if we put a file in a folder in Windows 7 it inserts exactly next to the other files.
is there a way that when we copy and paste a file in a folder , it puts exactly where we paste it like windows xp?

Hello Muiacir,

You could use the tutorial below to disable auto arrange to then be able to do that afterwards. Be sure to read all of the blue NOTE box at the top of the tutorial for full usage details.

Windows Explorer Auto Arrange - Disable

Hope this helps,
Shawn
