    Windows 7 Random Freeze

I have windows 7 64 bit. Intel Dual Core, 4 GB RAM. My laptop freezes for 5-10 sec randomly and continues from same state. It mostly happens when I am playing some video online (shows).

Laptop was running perfectly with Windows vista, I have reinstalled Windows 7 but the problem continues.

Plz check the attached error log.

When you installed windows 7, did you install the window 7 drivers for your laptop?

I never installed any driver, i guess windows 7 install them by itself. I don't have any issue with any drivers and have installed all windows updates.

    I have toshiba Satellite L300 model: PSLB8C-0H901X

You have a lot of errors from "Bonjour service"

Are you using Itunes or any of its programs?
Do you have an ipod or anything connected to your comp?

You might want to uninstall anything related to it and see if your comp still hangs.

i use itunes but when i was taking the error report it was not opened. Bonjour service is always running (task manager, services).

What will you recommend, iam willing to uninstall both if it stops the freezing of laptop.

Yes, go ahead an uninstall them for a test at least.
If we find out that its not the cause of the freeze you can install them back.

Also, what antivirus are you using. Is your windows up to date?
    Have SP1 installed?

OS: Windows 7 (64 bit) ultimate SP1 and update. I use avast antivirus, Regularly use CCleaner and Smart defrag 2.

I have uninstalled itunes, bonjour and all the softwares related to it. I have changed the theme to basic win 7 theme, disabled most of the windows effects. I think my problem is related to the video graphics because it freezes when i am playing flash video on the net or watching online sports telecast.

The temperature of laptop is normal, its doesn't get hot that much. I know when the air is blocked and there is ventilation problem, the processor heats up and freezes. I don't block the fan and the temp is always normal.

I will be watching a live match tomorow, i will know if these changes are working or not.
