    Desktop Unavailable Please Relocate


    Hello, I'm not too sure what happened but recently my Laptop has started to say that my desktop is unavailable. I'm sure it is since I can see it but the error pops up whenever I open my folder for my documents, music and pictures. Is there a work around to get this sorted since I need my laptop for some work?

    At first, download and install Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, upgrade it and run a full system scan with it.

    It's not a virus. I've defragmented my hard drive, updated my avast and done a scan. I've also fixed the problem by saving a picture from the internet into my invisible desktop.

Can you relocate desktop

I've partitioned my disk into C: for OS and Programs and E: for Data. I'd like my Desktop to live in E: instead of C:. Is that possible? Thanks Pete
Hi, so recently every time I shut off the computer and turn it back on few hours later it always takes really long to start up only to give an error saying my desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. Now here's the catch: if i just restart the computer after the error, my computer works...
Relocate Show/Peek desktop icon

Is it possible to move the Show Desktop icon from the far right of the Task Bar to the left (ie next to the Windows icon) ? All the icons on my desktop are on the left. So if I want to show the desktop, I have to go all the way over to the right to click the show desktop, then all the way back...
