Windows 7 - Crashing ALL the Time. Help!

Basicly whenever i try to open a video, on either iTunes or Windows Media Player. It crashs. Whenever i try to load any Java App it Crashes (Java now uninstalled due to reported problems), when i try to open movie editing software like Camtasia or Windows Movie Maker it CRASHES.

So to defind "crash" for me, its Half-Loads then black screen, 2-3 secs later a blue screen for about 1 sec. (Cant ecen read what it says it happens to fast). reboots my computer then Im back to Windows Desktop wit a message saying "Windows has encounted a problem" And the the whole loading thing telling me it sent the error to Microsoft and will notify me when there is a solution. So anyone Please Help.
